Straight talk from the Bible

True wisdom cries aloud in the streets. It keeps raising its voice in the public squares. At the corner of the busy streets, it calls out. How long will you inexperienced ones avoid wisdom? Respond to God's pleas. I will pour out my spirit on you. I will make my words known to you. I call out, but you keep refusing. I stretch out my hand, but you ignore it. You keep rejecting my advice. I God, will laugh when your disaster strikes. I will mock you when your Dread comes. How long will the ridiculers take pleasure in ridiculing?  At that time you will call to me, but I will ignore you. Because you hated knowledge and you refused my advice. You will bear the consequences of your ways. For they are glutted with their own counsel. For the ways of the stupid ones will kill them. And the complacency of fools will destroy them.......But the ones listening and obeying will dwell in security. And be undisturbed by the dread of the coming calamity.      Proverbs 1:20-29.

Appointed times,for our lives.

1: There is an appointed time for everything, a time for every activity under the heavens.2 A time for birth and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to harvest,3  a time to harm, a time to heal, a time to tear down, a time to build up.4 A time to weep, a time to laugh, a time to wail, a time to dance.5 A time to toss out, a time to gather, a time to embrace, a time to refrain. 6 A time to search, a time to give up as lost. 7 A time to rip apart, a time to sew together. 8 A time to be silent, a time to speak. 9 A time for love, a time to hate, a time for war, a time for peace.                                                                                                                       Learn more at JW.org

Paradise Restored.

Isaiah Chapter 11:1-11. Lists some of the promised blessings in the restored paradise on earth.

    The wolf will be at peace with the lamb. And the young goat will be safe near the leopard.

And the calf and the lion will be together.

And a child will lead them (in security)

The cow and the bear will feed together. The Lion will eat straw like the bull.

And a child will put his hand over the nest of the cobra. They will not cause any harm.

And not cause any ruin in God's new earth.

Revelation 21:1-4.     And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the former heaven and earth had passed away. And I saw the city new Jerusalem descending from heaven and God, and prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. With that,
 I heard a loud voice from the throne; " Look the tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, And death will be no more, neither mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore . The former things have passed away....
