The one number 6 often times incompletion defects, and flawed. Because Human efforts are sincere but limited as proven through the  long history of man kinds plans for a successful and lasting Government.                                                                                   Revelation chapter 13: verses 1-8.  The full number Revelation 14:9and 10 tells us this wild beast will gain control of people of the Earth. The number 3, often means perfection. The Kingdom of God, with Jesus as the Kingdom will completely successful all aspects of   Pure Government.
